MVI will instruct a CSA course for qualification as a Protected Species Observer (PSO), responsible for protected species mitigation during seismic or offshore wind projects. This is a National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) 2020 BiOp, Appendix A reviewed and accepted course. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Manatee Training is included.
Please bring a laptop with Microsoft Office in order to participate in the course. This course will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 and will be from 0800-1700 EST. A certificate will be provided after course completion, pending an exam score of 80% or higher. More details will be sent out the week prior to the course.
